Pre/Post-Wedding Event

This package is for those that need a planner for smaller events such as an engagement party, rehearsal dinner, bridal shower, bachelorette party (spa style), day of breakfast…etc.

- Full preparation of the event; including budgeting assistance
- Set up décor and coordinate vendors on location prior to and/or on the day of the event
- Recommendation of vendors for the event
- Schedule and, with you, attend vendor meetings
- Initial personal consultation to discuss details, budget, and goals, unlimited telephone consultations, up to 3 additional personal consultation sessions.

Package 2**
Day of Services

- Coordination of rehearsal and ceremony: coordinate and direct practice processional for rehearsal, direct processional on the day of your wedding ceremony, assist with dressing, distribute flowers to wedding party members, direct vendors to their appropriate areas once they arrive…etc.
- Consultation at venue location, so that we can get a clear vision for your special day
- Up to 2 additional consultation sessions
- Unlimited telephone consultations
- Creation of an itinerary for the wedding day to be distributed to all involved
- Available on site to oversee the entire rehearsal and ceremony 
- Set up of décor or assistance with the set up of the rehearsal and ceremony site (décor must be brought to the rehearsal unless otherwise discussed and noted)
- Recommendation of vendors (limited to ceremony vendors)
- Clean up or overseeing of clean up and coordination of the reception are NOT included in this package

Package 3***
Designer Wedding

Do you know what you want, but don’t have the time or ‘know how’ to make it happen? Are you simply lost and not sure where to begin when it comes to designing your wedding? Would you much rather let someone else do the work so you and your fiance may enjoy your friends and family stress and work free?
If you have answered yes, this package is perfect for you! Designing Memories specializes in custom wedding design.

- Consultation to discuss details and goals.
- Up to 4 additional consultation sessions
- Unlimited telephone consultations
- Recommendation of vendors within your budget and accommodating to your style for all your décor needs and wishes
- Schedule and attend, with you, meetings with vendors (décor vendors only) to assist you in asking the ‘right’ questions, negotiate pricing, and confirm booking of the vendor.
- Create custom décor
- Prepare rehearsal and ceremony: set up décor for the rehearsal dinner and ceremony
- Available to assist in the clean-up of the ceremony and reception sites only
- Involvement in the coordination of your ceremony and reception is NOT included in this package.

Package 4****
Rehearsal, Wedding, Ceremony, and Reception Services

- Consultation to discuss details and goals you would like to meet for your event
- Up to 5 additional consultation sessions
- Unlimited telephone consultations
- Finding and recommending of vendors that are within your budget and can accommodate the style for your rehearsal, ceremony, and reception
- Schedule and attend vendor meetings with you to assist you in asking the ‘right’ questions, negotiate pricing, and confirm/booking of the vendor (includes wedding dress and tuxedo help if wanted)
- Coordination of rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception: coordinate and direct practice processional for rehearsal, direct processional on the day of your wedding ceremony, assist with dressing, distribute flowers to wedding party members, direct vendors to their appropriate areas once they arrive, direct entrance of you as a new couple, delivery of sealed tip envelopes to the appropriate vendors …etc.
- Preparation of the rehearsal, ceremony, and reception areas: setting up (and in some cases creating) décor for the rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception
- Supervise and available to answer vendor inquiries on the day of the event
- Creation of an itinerary for the wedding day to be distributed to all involved
- Available to clean-up and/or direct clean-up at the end of the ceremony and reception only
- Available the day of both events to direct, answer questions, take care of final details, and control any issues that might occur

Ultimate Services

- Consultation to discuss details and goals you would like to meet for your event
- Up to 6 additional consultation sessions
- Unlimited telephone consultations
- Personalized deadline calendar to help you along your wedding planning process
- Finding and recommending of vendors that are within your budget and can accommodate the style of your rehearsal, ceremony, and reception
- Schedule and attend vendor meetings with you to assist you in asking the ‘right’ questions, negotiate pricing, and confirm/booking of the vendor (includes wedding dress and tuxedo if wanted)
- Coordination of rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception: coordinate and direct practice processional for rehearsal, direct processional on the day of your wedding ceremony, assist with dressing, distribute flowers to wedding party members, direct vendors to their appropriate areas once they arrive, direct entrance of you as a new couple, tipping of the appropriate vendors …etc.
- Preparation of the rehearsal, ceremony, and reception areas: setting up (and in some cases creating) décor for the rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception
- Supervise and available to answer vendor inquiries on the day of the event
- Creation of an itinerary for the wedding day to be distributed to all involved
- Available the day of both events to direct, answer questions, take care of final details, and control any issues that might occur
- Available to clean-up and/or direct clean-up at the end of any of your package 5 related events
- Complete coordination and preparation of your choice of a small event from the list below
- If there is more than 400 wedding guests, may need to add an $1,000 more to the ultimate package.

- Delivery of gifts to specified location (someone must be available to verify receiving them)
- Arrangement of guest accommodations
- Up to 3 free of service fee custom creations (you still have to purchase the materials, but I will construct them free of charge)

Guest Accommodations
Arrangement of guest and/ or wedding party accommodations at a hotel of your choice
Less than 18 guests: $50.00
More than 18 guests: $80.00

Seating Diagrams
(Included in packages 3, 4, and 5 as part of preparation)
I will visit your reception venue to measure and produce a hard copy of a floor plan
for you to use as your seating chart or any other way you see fit.
